The occurence of each birth of every jiva is stANa. Then the journey of the soul through the expereinces in that form is designed by Him. How so? Because He has the guna “nidhi” which means to have the power to bestow anything , while relaxing in the heart lotus of the jiva. He resides inside and inspires one to act and the makes the action happen and then bestows the expereince on the soul. It is possible to expereince only when He resides as the sthANa ,otherwise the jiva is not capable of it . For even mere existences everyone is dependent on His sustaining powers which He executes through the tatvabhimani devathas inside their heart-lotus ‘s as well as the heart lotus of the jiva concerned. Even for one jiva to exist in a body , so many tatvabhimani devathas are serving the Lord by taking care of their respective portfolios. In each of the dieties again there are higher level dieties and hihest among all such dieties being MulyprAna. He resides in innumerable forms making the existence of each jiva possible as well as making the jiva to be capable of useful action which can move it towards eternal bliss. He is “shrI nidhi” the treasure house of ananda,wealth in the form of knowledge, devotion and detachment. Hence He is the One and only entity capable of such sustenance.

“He is all powerful and is completely beyond the comprehension of anyone.The learned know that He is “atiballidanu” much beyond the comprehension of anyone. He is the original instigator of action .

” He resides in the inner recesses of the heart of all the jivas and makes them toe the line of the experiences exactly as per His indomitable will even as a machine operator runs a machine. Specific inputs and outputs specially designed are required for the machine, so also the Lord dictates, but as per the individual innate nature of the jiva.”
Now comes the next concept of sustenance.What is the basic framework for the existence of the jiva. It is the universe. He envelops the universe with His power and provides the framework of energy which enables the sustenance of life on earth. antar bahicha tatsarvam vyApya nArAyana stitah!
Shri Kanaka dasaru has said,”nI mAyeyoLago ninnolu mAyeyO nI dEha doLagoninnolu dehavO….” The adharara as well as the adheya may appear to be different but they are sustained by the same power -“Ishwara” who is “shri nidhaye”. This address clarifies that it is only one who is complete in auspicious attributes can actually be “Ishwara”. Merely wanting to be “Ishwara” cannot make one that.The pre-requisites of power,strength,knowledge,energy,innate brilliance ,fearless valour etc which are also named by the ancients in the definition of “Bhaga” as in “Bhagavan”. He is the one and only Bhagavaan who can sustain the framework of existence, reside inside the jiva and control every aspect of the various strings of activity in this universe and beyond.
