Letting events unfold as they are designed by Hari is the most important constituent of sadhana. Through a process of constant awareness, one can realise the futility of trying to control events, people, and our own choices. They all unfold as per the design of Hari. O Supreme giver, the controller of Prakriti and Purusha, You are the foremost giver, being the only self existent being. I bow down to you again and again. O Lord of Shree, both the forces mentioned above namely the binding force -Prakriti which consists of the satva, rajas and tamo gunas governed by the three forms of Lakshmi.The bound one-the jiva , exists exclusively by Your infinite grace. You propel sentient Prakriti the formidable force which is the base of creation to bestow each jiva with a suitable body to enable them to engage in action as per their capabilities at the right time. You sustain all things sentient and insentient to acheive this end- engagement of the action by the jiva who is bound by Prakriti.

Shri Madhwaacharyaru sings the praise of Ajitha namaka Paramatma as the one who by His mere side glance at Lakshmi, enables her with immense powers. Her powers are such that by a mere glance of grace she engages in the design and creation of the universe, its sustenence, its dissolution and for the sentient beings she binds with ignorance and releases with jnana at the right times.
Here the omniscience of God is clearly highlighted by talking of the force that binds and the soul that gets bound. Both these are under His Supreme control and obtain sustenence as well as existence only due to His grace. He decides and disburses making people toe the line of their ordained karma etc by deciding to impinge the binding forces on them and making them react as a result of its impact.

Here Jagannatha dasaru also proclaims Hari’s extensive control and abilities . He extols His independent Supreme powers . He says, “You exist in the one with the gunas-Guni ie the jiva, and You exist in the gunas too(satva,rajas,tamo and its abhimani), yet You are neither of them, You are known by those names exclusively because You enable those to exist and exhibit such qualities .You never get bound by anything and feed the chetanas from Brahma downwards their respective fruits of karmas generated by the influence of gunas as per You will. You consume everything at the time of dissolution. All what You do is due to Your immense grace and that is shown by Dasaru using the word ,”vrijinArdana” the destroyer of papa karmas and the grief arising from such karmas for His true devotees who understand His boundlessness and Supreme unique self , a little as per their eligibility.
